Healthy habits can have a big impact on your mental health. Sometimes simple lifestyle changes – like increased exercise, healthy eating and sleep – can improve your mental and physical health.

Focus on your well-being, mind and body

Many plans include Blueprint Wellness, powered by Rally Health, which can be used to help identify and work through your behaviors. You’ll have access to more than 120 clinically-focused skill building missions that help support your mental and behavioral health. Topics include:

  • Stress, mood and social connection
  • Nutrition and meal planning
  • Physical activity
  • Substance use
  • Insomnia and sleep
  • Financial
  • Dental hygiene

Members have access to social communities, which are moderated discussion boards. Among these communities, users can share experiences and stories, find advice, and form meaningful connections with other users with similar life experiences and interests. Communities are completely optional, and users are not required to join them.

Some examples of available communities include:

  • Fitness (such as running, biking, and yoga)
  • Health conditions (such as headaches, asthma, and diabetes)
  • Lifestyle habits (such as smoking and drinking)
