Many of our health plans offer virtual care and online programs to help you address your needs as a parent and those of your child or teen as a dependent on your health plan. Members can find personalized solutions by signing or registering for Blueprint Portal.

Lucet Health
If your child has autism or behavioral challenges, Lucet offers personalized support. Lucet specializes in connecting families with the right resources and treatment options, avoiding unnecessary stress and ensuring your child receives the care they need. Lucet is available to our members and their dependents on many of our health plans. Members can review personalized options available on Blueprint Portal.

A dedicated team here to help
Our Arkansas Blue Cross Behavioral Health Team is ready to assist you. This compassionate team of nurses, social workers and peer support specialists can guide you to community resources, help you find the right level of care and provide ongoing support.
Members can speak to a case manager by calling 800-225-1891, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. After hours, call the Lucet helpline at 877-801-1159.
Focus on your well-being
It’s easy to focus entirely on your kids, but your well-being matters too. Many of our plans include health and wellness coaching, powered by Rally Coach, which gives you access to live coaches, along with a collection of digital health and well-being resources. With thirteen clinically validated courses, there is something relevant to most anyone.

Arkansas Trauma Resource Initiative for Schools (TRIS)
Supported by the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas, TRIS, provides K-12 school personnel with training and resources to recognize and respond to the impact of trauma on students, creating safer and more supportive learning environments.

Calming Rooms Initiative
Supported by the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas, 75 schools across Arkansas have created calming rooms equipped with soft lighting, cozy furniture and emotional regulation tools to help students recharge and manage stress effectively.

Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Academy of Health
Arkansas Blue Cross has partnered with the Greater Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Little Rock School District to form the Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Academy of Health at Parkview Arts and Science Magnet High School to provide high school students with real-world experience in healthcare through mentoring, lectures, and job shadowing opportunities.

Supported by the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas, YEP offers a safe, supportive environment for teens to connect, learn and grow with a focus on preventing substance use and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

Six Bridges Clinic (UAMS Health)
Supported by the Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas, Six Bridges is dedicated to assisting Arkansas youth (ages 12–21) who are dealing with substance dependency by offering expert care and resources to help families navigate this challenging journey.
